We have immediate vacancies for experienced Pizza chefs for 2 café style independent restaurants in south London. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable chefs capable of running a busy pizza service and able to help out elsewhere in the kitchen when needed.

Duties will include:

• General food prep and kitchen duties
• Run the pizza section, produce good quality hand-made sourdough pizzas to order
• Compliance with statutory regulations & legislation.
• End of shift clean down

Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is essential

Interviews will include a trial shift.

45-hour week, straight shifts, mainly daytime

Salary: up to £16 an hour + benefits
