Commis Chef or CDP
This independent owner-run Tapas Bar is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to join the team. Menus showcase traditional Spanish tapas with as much as possible prepared in-house. The vibe is more kitchen and bar than restaurant with customers encouraged to drop in for drinks and snacks rather than a 3-course meal. There are plans to start a full takeaway service in the future. The kitchen is compact but well equipped.
You will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen and must be able to manage multiple tasks.
Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience
Our ideal candidate will have some experience in a professional kitchen, be resilient and self-aware with a “can do” attitude and above all keen to learn.
5-day week, straight shifts
Pay: up to £14 an hour + service charge
