Chef de Partie Contemporary Fine Dining Restaurant
This 100-cover contemporary fine dining restaurant in central London is looking for an enthusiastic and well organised Chef de Partie to strengthen the team.
Serving lunch, afternoon tea, pre-theatre and dinner, the menus are shaped by the seasons and showcase the very best fresh regional produce from across the UK. Everything is made in-house from scratch, so this kitchen is always busy.
The Head Chef has a very craft-led approach to cooking, the team is young, focused and work hard, standards throughout are high.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable CDP, at home in a small team, capable of running your section during service, working unsupervised and organising your own prep.
Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
- Relevant experience in a similar fresh food environment.
- Creative flair & attention to detail
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Meticulous, organised and punctual

48-hour week over 5 days
3 straight shifts (daytime only) and 2 doubles
Salary: £15 an hour (circa £37,000 per annum)
