Chef de Partie, Boutique Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with a background in fine dining or a high quality, fresh food establishment for a unique hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield. The hotel has 48 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, an award-winning cocktail bar and private dining rooms. Menus are fresh, seasonal and focused on local produce including sustainable fish and rare-breed meats – which come from their own local farm. The Head Chef has a very craft-led approach to food, so everything is made in-house including nose to tail butchery, house pickles and ferments, desserts and pastry etc. The kitchen includes a Josper grill. The team is young, focused and work hard, standards throughout are high.

Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable CDP, up to date with modern cooking techniques, even-tempered and quality driven with the skill base to move about the kitchen as needed.

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
  • Relevant experience in a similar fresh food environment.
  • Professional Cookery level 2 or 3
  • Creative flair & attention to detail
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Meticulous, organised and punctual
